Default Mounting MSLabs MS3

I got '99 MX-5 and the stock ecu location was in the passengers footwell and I was wondering how should the MS3 Basic be mounted there so it wont move?
There doesn't seem to be any screw holes for the bracket that stock ecu used.

Location?

US ‘99-00 cars mounted the ECU under the dash on the drivers side. Maybe a TSE bracket for an earlier NA would work?
