Default MS help

I have a Braineack's built MS. Right now, I am just running a stock 92' with AFM. I am trying to get a decent idle but as of right now, the car is running terribly, around 0-100 RPM (on car's tach), rough idle. Also, I am NOT getting RPM signal in Megatune.
Braineack is helping me out but he hasn't been responding for a couple of days so I would like help from others.
I attached my MSQ file and also a log.

You are correct about not having RPM signal.

Does the car run on the stock computer?
Do you have any timing piggybacks installed?

What tools do you have available for troubleshooting--test light, DMM, scope?

I have no RPM signal. The car runs on stock computer and also on a MSPNP that I bought from DIYAutoTune. I do not have any timing piggies installed. I have a DMM.
