MS noob needs help!!: need wrong req_fuel to make it run

I built my MS, configured it and the car started right up (much to my surprise).

I have a 95 (OBDI), I'm running naturally aspirated for now until I get the hang og MS, Megatune, etc then I'll the 460cc injectors and then turbo and all.

I built the MS using Braineack's guide, did the Fan control, the idle mod and the coil-pack-safe output mod. I'm running standalone and everything but the tach work, any idea how I can get that to work?

My main issue is that I need a req_fuel of 15 to make the engine run right, it idles at 750 rpm (a bit low, I know) at 14.7 AFR when I use 15. When I use the proper req_fuel of 11.3 (1.8l with 265cc injectors), it runs way too lean and barely idles.
With a req_fuel of 15, it runs pretty smtooth, drives almost like with the stock ECU except for the brief hesitation when stomping on the gas (probably means I need to dial in accel enrich properly).

So what am I doning wrong here? Could I have large injectors installed (I bought the car used and there are some traces of things like unused mounting holes on the firewall, a spliced O2 cable in the ECU harness, etc
that make me think the car had been modified at some point)?

Not really a big deal. With some things omitted for sake of simplicity, your fuel delivery is req fuel * ve table. So if you scale one up and the other down proportionately, fuel delivery will be the same. If this matters to you, scale your entire VE table by 133%, then drop your req_fuel to 11.3, and it will run the same as it does now. Or don't do it, and there's no real harm.

Is it normal that the base map is that far off (33%)?

I have logs, what's the proper procedure to post/upload them?
Ihave logs for req_fuel 11.3 and 15.

req_fuel is just a multiplier. Alter the entire VE fuel table to compensate for each.

as ben posted: req_fuel x VE table = Fuel
