Default Ms2 noob for nb1

Hey everyone, I'm sure this will get a lot of 'just google it, it's easy' answers that are unproductive. I have a 2000 nb that I plan to turbocharge. A teacher of mine had an extra megasquirt 2 v3 that he had built and gave it to me. It is just put together in specifically as in the basic pieces are there and in (I believe), just not the Miata specific things. I am ordering a alternator circuit, I found out I needed that, but I'm looking for some help with where I need to run jumpers and what other Miata specific bits. Currently I'm not really looking to get any extras like flat shift or whatever else, just the ability to run my car as it is now (n/a) and be ready for boost. Any help would be awesome, I've had an awefully tough time sorting through the mass amounts of info online about this, just haven't been able to get what I needed out of all of it. Thanks! This is a picture of what I have by the way, if that helps.

Buy a MS3 daughter card and the expander board. Install those and ditch the MS2. There really isn't a ton of documentation floating around any more of how to build a ms2 from scratch, as no one really does that any more.

So I've noticed. And I'm assuming the ms3 is better supported? My main goal is to figure out what needs to go where. I'm totally new to the system and really, this type of work. Even if I had the ms3 I'm sure there would still be extra things/requirements?
