ms2 v3.57 no spark

ms2 v3.57 no spark
So trying to get my car started today and so far not working. I have a good clean RPM signal but no spark i got fuel tho. Im using a MS2 3.57 im running toyota cops and i used pad1 for spark a and pad 2 for spark b. No spark and the leds stay on and do not flash and my signal wire only gets .1 to .5 volts when cranking. I have my spark output set to going low normal. Anythoughts......
