Latest function table: Here
Shows mini and Basic with * on A/C control. I presume this is the traditional idle up with delay that has existed for some time. Along with separate A/C radiator fan control. (correct me if I'm wrong).
What differentiates the Enhanced and Extreme "Full A/C Support"?
Also on Enh and Ext, there is P/S Support. Is this a small IAC bump initiated by the P/S input signal?
Last: Does Mini need an NB OEM housing?

Yes as it fits inside the OEM housing.

1626711[/url]]Correct on Mini and Basic. Enhanced and Extreme have individually configurable idle-up for the two fans (ie different idle duty adder for fan1 and different for fan2, with different idle-up delay) and individually configurable A/C compressor delay with a table vs coolant temp for the A/C idle up duty. Ie when the engine is still cold and it idles at 1200rpm, you don't want to add 7% idle duty, 3% will do.
Correct. They also do idle-up for the alternator load.

The P/S is a mechanical unit so it doesn't need support from the ECU to run. The ECU does however receive an idle-up signal from the pump when the pump's pressure exceeds a limit. The Enhanced and the Extreme receive that signal and apply a duty adder to the IAC for idle purposes.

What I meant here is ... "will the Mini fit into an NA housing as well, or would an NA guy need to secure a housing from an NB Miata".
EDIT: And @Reverant What is best method for purchase? FB, Email, PM, etc. Do you still trade in PayPal, or again, a different, more preferred medium of exchange.

The NA housing won't fit as the NA ECU has a smaller connector than the NB ECU. So you do need an NB housing. The 96-97 NA has a larger connector than the NB, so that will also work.
Could you also 3D print a housing? As long as it’s with the proper filament (ABS, ASA, Nylon, etc)
