My idle is right where we want at 14.7AFR but it seems to fluctuate/pulse into 15s and down to 14.3ish.

I also hear popping sounds from my exhaust and have felt puffs of air coming out of the tail pipe in sync with said noises.

I would appreciate being pointed in the direction of reading material that would explain this phenomenon and what needs to be addressed to fix it.
