Hello, I tried researching with no success. I am trying to install launch control on my MS PNP2 and I'm having trouble. What are all the steps to get it to work?

So far I have tried:
-Connecting an on/off toggle switch to pin 9 and grounded it with no success.
-Tried connecting pins 12/13
-Tried all available inputs on tuner studio with both those setups.

I am new to the whole MS system as it was installed by someone else. Am I missing a step here? Or doing the wrong thing? A step by step would be awesome.
