Need some tune help
I finally dragged my Miata-based Lotus 7 out; it's been sitting for a while, as it started running odd the other year. I replaced fuel filters, reinstalled the electronic boost controller that was salvaged for another car (even though it is not plugged into anything, and the car runs on stock wastegate pressure), but it still is giving me issues.
My biggest problem is that it's been years since my dad and I initially went over everything. I've forgotten just about everything. I looked at what I could on MegaViewer Lite, and from what I was looking at on a paid copy of TunerStudio while it was in the car. Ignition advance seems pretty crazy high, and the AF is uber rich. Boost is only reaching 5psi, which is frustrating, to consider it is using a super 16G. I think there's a leak in the BOV, and am considering blocking it off, if just for testing. My 03 WRX runs pretty damn well sans BOV.
Any help would be good. I am going to pull one of the wideband controllers off my Subarus and add that stand-alone.

That's the link to logs, both the original ones back in 2014, and a few today.
Specs on the car:
- 1994/96 hybrid (ECU and wiring harness from 94, as well as fuel rail, as the engine was replaced with a 96 over time)
- Super 16G turbo
- intercooler and BOV from Nissan 300ZX (as far as I can tell)
- 550cc injectors
- Walbro 255lph fuel pump
- MSIII
