Default No power at harness

So, I just swapped in my built motor and I went to start it up and there was no power to the mspnp. I, upon matt @ diyautotune.com's suggestion, tested the white/red wire on the harness and received no power there. So, any suggestions on what to check first?

There's not much to that circuit:

Does the Main Relay click when you turn on the power? If not, check the ground point for it on the intake manifold, as well as the 15A "Engine" fuse.

If it does, check the 30A "FUEL INJ" fuse.

Same thing happened to me the day I first installed my MS. Turned out that by total coincidence, that was the day that the ignition switch finally gave out.

On a motor swap... first thing to do... check the grounds on the motor. The ones at the front of the block by the tps... or the back of the head.

Fuel injector wire was pinched in the manifold and blew a fuse.
