Hi,

I got a used MS1,v3.0 from a 1,6 NA with cops.
I try to get this MS ruinning on my 1,6 NA without cops.
But I cannot get any spark on any cylinders.
Ignitor and coils are good (already interchanged with other car).
What could be the issue?
I have a cable from ECU connector 2I (black/white) which goes to the ignitor. This cable is not connected on the MS, could this be the issue?

Have you adjusted the dwell yet? Stock coils need more dwell than COPs. Try 5.5 ms cranking and 4.5 running dwell.

 

Yes, I changes the DWELL and IDLE setting to the coils and Idle valve I use.

I also flashed a basemap from MSPNP but still no spark.

Got it running.

I cut the +12V for the CAS and the injectors when removing my unnecessary
cables.

I fixed it and now it idles smppthly at 1500rpm (need to fix this now).
