Default Paid support options?

I have a DIY pnp that I bought off someone on this site and have had a hell of a time getting anywhere. I have read a ton of posts but really feel like I need to pick up the phone and have someone talk me though things.

I've emailed diyautotune but responses take a while. I saw that the ms3 pro has a phone support number which is great.

Does such a thing exist for other versions? I'm happy to pay for someone knowledgeable who can walk me through the setup and how to do basic things.

Only the pro ecu lines from DIYAutoTune have phone support. Other then that maybe Peter Florence would offer phone support. He is familiar with miata's and MS's.
