My car is a 96 with a 99 engine running a MSPNP9697. The VICS is set to come on at 5500RPM and the engine is stock except for a header/exhaust.

I have been struggling with accel enrichment, started with RPM based (MSPNP default), switched to normal/TPS based which I had zero luck with then back to RPM based. I am going to reread the accel enrichment posts now to see what I am missing

Attached is my most recent datalog and .msq file. Please peruse it and feel free to comment. The car is race only so I have been shooting for right at 12.8-13.1 at WOT.

Even though the car the car feels very good it looks like I still have tip-in issues. (screen shot of RPM accel setup included)

I am surprised to see in the logs that MAP rises before TPS...I do not understand that?

Once in a while after a short period of off throttle decel the car will backfire when I snap the throttle back open. It scares the **** out of me and makes me lose concentration...I would love to get rid of that. One example of this is at the very end of the datalog. As soon as it happened I pulled over and stopped the log...
