Default Really need help.

OK, before anyone piles on and starts up "did you search"... yes.. yes i did. I searched and did not find, So, i come to you and hope that the hive-mind can help.
Here's the background. YES. I'm a noob here. No, I'm not a Miata noob. I bought my first Miata a '91BRG back in 99. I helped start Chesapeake Area Roadsters and went on to be a founding member of York Area Mazda Society. I currently own a 94 project car (what i need help on) and an 08 PRHT NC. The 94 WILL NOT START. I think its the MSLabs MS3Basic PNP that's messing me up but i don't know.
My 1994 has a 2000 engine in it. I got the FULL kraken turbo kit. Along with that kit, I got the ecu and injectors from Kraken. That was about 2 years ago. I recently completed that install and i'm trying to get the car started. Relevant mods: affore mentioned 2000 engine with a 94 cam cover and CAS. Chassis has 94 harness in it. car has a JASS Performance COP pnp set up, a deatschWerks fuel pump, Bosch injectors (from kraken) which i think are 700cc each. I know the car will crank. I know its getting fuel... hell, I know its getting spark SOMETIMES because it backfires. Car will not start. I looked at the plug going into the CAS and saw it was old and crusty so i got a new connector and grafted it into the harness there.
For some reason forgotten to all of time, when i first hooked the MS3basic up, i loaded the trubo kitty tune onto it... I'm hoping that if i can acquire the original base map, it will start.
HELP PLEASE.
Thanks Much
TJ In Hanover Pennsylvania.

Post your current tune and a log of it trying to start. Besides saying "check the basics", we can't help you much without seeing that data.

Uh.. stupid question.. how do i post the tune and datalog? Did i do it correctly?
I am so vexed with this damn car.

To simplify things, i put the original coil packs in and plug wires.

@curly @Reverant

Wanted to note that i went back and put the MSLabs tune on it and the factory coil and wires.

Ive uploaded the files. Please let me know if they're showing what you needed for reference or if there is something else i should go after. I really appreciate any help you can give.
Thanks.

Are you using the crank trigger wheel from an NB1 with the cam signal from a 94? I'm not super familiar in that area but the log shows lost sync and points to the trigger setup (IE crank and cam sensors).

Did you swap out the NB valve cover and do you still have it? Might be worth trying with both NB sensors and the NB trigger pattern in the tune, but others would know better than me.

He's setup for running only the '94 CAS, however personally I'd delete it and run the '99 sensors. Sync loss is typical, it's counting up every time the engine stops, it doesn't know you released the key.

You're on fixed advanced with 10* of crank advance too, try the attached tune and see if it cranks better. I think you're just getting starter kickback. -10 degrees cranking isn't ideal, but it's often necessary for CAS setups. Going with the '99 sensors would help, great opportunity to install Supermiata's 36-2 trigger wheel too.
