I installed and tuned the MS2 enhanced into my 94 and it was running fine for a month.
Last night when i tried to start the car it would crank but won't fire up.
(tried adding light throttle and wot but no difference)

15amp engine fuse is ok and I have CEL like I should.
However, the fuel pump won't stop running after 2 seconds like it used to and I can't connect to the ECU via tuner studio. looks like I don't have spark either as I tried a spare plug grounded to the valve cover bolt.
Seems like something wrong with the ECU, is there an internal fuse or something?
What should I look into?

Hmm, have you tried a different USB port?

I know it sounds silly, but I was wrecking my brain trying to figure out why my MS wouldn't connect, and it was on a different USB.

 

Firmware reflashed and it's ok now.
