Hey all, I'm new to the MS game and attempting to run a Rev ms3 basic on my 99 usdm. I'm having issues getting tunerstudio to communicate with the ecu.

Ive installed the drivers and see the usb cord on com3.
When i attempt to to test the port in tunerstudios it fails and I get a no controller found and I'm in offline mode.
I figure the MS is getting power because my WBO2 is wired to the db37 and it's on.
The CEL and the battery light also flash and it won't start ; any recommendations on diagnosis would be greatly appreciated!

 

Try all of your USB ports. On my home pc, only 1 of 7 works.

 

appreciate the response Ryan, tryed that but no dice. I'm hoping it's not on the hardware side, anyone know of resourses for diagnosing no communications?
