Default Rpm dip/high idle/intermittent hesitation ms2 problem

RPM DIP:
I am having an issue with my miata dipping at initial throttle by about 300 rpm. I have been reading a lot online and had this problem for a very long time and i decided someone smarter than me could hopefully replace my ignorance with knowledge. When i barely push the throttle initially every time my AFR goes to 10 and i lose 300 rpm. This started happening after a wells201 install. I am thinking it could be my acceleration enrichment but I am not sure.

HIGH IDLE:
I read that after installing a vtps all idle issue were fixed but this wasn't the case for me. I put it to openloop (warmup only) and it stays at 2k rpm. (possibly a bad IAC?) I change it to closed loop and it goes to 1500 rpm but in megalogviewer it shows my requested rpm is 800 then 0 then 800 then 0 over and over. I am not sure what is going on here.

HESITATION ISSUE:
I think this has to do with the RPM dip. When at low rpm/speed while trying to keep a steady rpm or slightly increasing rpm the car intermittently stutters and i believe it is getting too much fuel at that moment.

Please if anyone can chime in I would greatly appreciate it. I have attached a datalog and my tune.

It looks like you never calibrated for the vTPS. You're showing -20% throttle at idle. I'd start there.

I did calibrate it but it still shows negative numbers for some reason. I spliced into factory ground from the on/off tps. I read that a negative vtps reading could be from not grounding to the megasquirt. I will try that and see if that does anything.

I cut the crimps on the wires on my Wells201 tps and soldered them instead. The value now shows +20 instead of negative 20. This still isn't perfect but it doesn't dip the rpm anymore. I figured out the high idle issue as well after realizing that my values for my fully warm coolant temp was at 71. I put it down into the 30s and now i have an idle of 900 ish. This brought up the fact that my idle was too lean at that point in the table so i adjusted the values and it is pretty close to always 14.7. I haven't gotten a chance to check on the hesitation issue but i think the tps fix worked.
