Default Stupid Noob Spark Table question for MSPNP MegaSquirt

Okay, I'm getting snowblind trying to wade through everything you need to know to tune. All I really want to do is pull some timing a la the Bipes ECU to compensate for about 5 psi on my Greddy setup.

I understand the timing numbers and obviously the RPM, but the kPa I still don't 100% fathom. I know the definition, but what does 100 kPa correlate to? 19 kPa, 230 kPa? I think that the larger the number, the greater the air pressure but where's the median?

I'm guessing I don't want to pull timing from everything, but only when the airflow/load increases. That's where I'm a bit out to sea.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

Cheers and TIA, Jon

100 kpa (approx)= air pressure at sea level, 0 psi boost.

6.9 kpa = 1 psi.

106.9 kpa = 1 psi "boost".

114 kpa = 2psi, so on and so forth.
