Default Supergharger install is imminent need map advice...

Would anyone be able to post up their spark and VE tables if you're running a supercharger? I need a rough idea of what they should look like as a baseline for my car.

atm I really don't know how the spark map should look in comparison to my naturally aspirated map. I can just just knock down the whole spark map to start at 7deg base, and work up from that, but for the VE table I don't really know where to start. I was aiming for 12.5:1 AFR's when at WOT, and then a range of AFR's at levels below that, but with FI, what happens then? as you've got varying levels of boost within the throttle travel?

ugh!

any advice offered is greatly appreciated

I've attached my msq so if anyone wants to know what my spark map currently looks like they can (which I've had to zip up as the board doesn't like the file extension....)

Flyin' Miata have Link FM files on their website that you can download. Now they obviously won't work for the MegaSquirt but if you also download the FM Link Tuning Guide you will be able to 'see' what the RPM and MAP values are for their spark map, then look up the apprpriate areas of the Link file to get the values, divide them by 4 and then do some extrapolation and you have a working spark map for a supercharger.

Hrm, good shout, I'll have a looksie....

Tho is Supercharged boost not different to Turbocharged boost? As in the PSI numbers for a supercharger a relatively meaningless as to an indication of the power whereas the reverse is more true towards turbo's?
