Timing Retard on MAT (MS-II)
Has anyone messed with this? I get knock on really warm days, and I don't get it at night (well, mostly).
The defaults are all something silly (as many MS defaults are) - they only go into effect at intake temps of 160 or 180 f. Has anyone messed with this to tune out knock during heat soak and on hot days, or do I just need to tune my base map better?

I haven't touched that, I don't think ive heard any knock yet, hot or cold, but who knows.
Maybe when you get into the hot 90-100 you might want to set it a degree retarded or two.
