TIP120 or TIP 122 for idle

TIP120 or TIP 122 for idle
Which one is everyone using? Also, I already have the DIY settings for closed loop idle, but they mention using another TIP12x based transistor and the settings are different for each one. So.......are people running the DIY settings on the TIP120 or the TIP122?

The TIP120 and TIP122 are functionally identical. The only meaningful difference is the rated max voltage. All the other specs are pretty much the same.
