Hi All,

I'm Adam and new to the forum, I stumbled across this site in search for information regarding my DIYPNP build for my 1.8 NB. All is going well and the ECU is built, I soon realised as per the DIYautotune instructions I needed build an alternator charging circuit for the ECU. Sounds simple enough as is the circuit, but when I came to source the components (mainly the TL431/CYL I can't find anything, not even a data sheet to compare specs for a suitable alternative.
If anyone has any information of a supplier, manufacturer, specification or alternative it would be very gratefully received.

Thank you very much westfieldmx5, you have no idea how much of a headache this has given me. Hopefully this thread will help someone else in a similar predicament!
