Any ideas where that piece o' plastic came from? It's small, looks like part of a full disk shaped thing and is angle on one side and flat ont he other. Reminds me of like a gauge front housing but tiny.

There is a small screen that sits in the top of the VVT, I had the same issue with mine.

You are right. I found a pick online and it looks exactly like the piece that came out.
