Tomorrow I will be swapping in my brand new set of 460 PNP's and hooking up my new MBC. I will most likely be tuning for 12-14 psi, but I noticed that since the weather has gotten much colder than it was when I last tuned, my car has been running a little leaner. I uploaded my .msq and was questioning if there is anything I should change turn off before I VE Analzye. Any opinions/ flaming/ tips are welcome.

Are you running any MAT correction? Gair should compensate for IAT changes?
Its also worth mentioning that when I swapped out my OEM injectors for my 425cc units, I need a complete VE table re-tune even though I converted ReqFuel properly. It wasn't a like for like increase/decrease in relevant cells, it was a complete non-linear shift in different RPM load ranges. Possibly down to the RX8 injector spray pattern.
