Tuning with VEAL day vs night time

Tuning with VEAL day vs night time
Did a quick search and didn't come up with much.
Simple observation and question. While using VEAL, in general it will add more fuel at night and take some out in the daytime. When I'm done using VEAL(for a while), should I end on a day or night based tune session? Or does it not matter at all because once I turn EGO back on it changes it anyways.
What about if you've got EGO turned off after 70% TPS? If I'm tuned good for the day, might I run lean at a full throttle run at night?
