Because when it doesent work I switch the sensors back plug the o2s and maf back in and plug the oem ecu in and it turns on first try.

 

Status update
Since I have disconnected my IACV I have had no problems starting the car! I've been running autotune and its running great. I do keep loosing communication with the MS just long enough to give me a message to select which tune I want. I just select the ecu one and move on, i'll look into this being a loose connection with the serial port or if I am still getting a short some where.
