you cant use a ms1 basemap. try the attached.

remove the capacitor on the map-daddy.

nice to see one of my old builds still in service.

thanks for your reply.

it was the ms2 base map.

and what is the map-daddy?

oprso 12-02-2011 11:04 PM

the rpm keep jumping 0 and 65535 rpm when i first load the base map.
and it stay at 0 rpm when i try to start up.

mapdaddy is your MAP sensor... its the thing with the vacuum hose connected.

The jumping RPM means you have an configuration error.

Braineack 12-03-2011 11:18 AM

you have a conflict error. disable the EBC output.

pretty sure the diypnp basemap has that as an issue.

the map-daddy is your dual 4-bar map sensors thing.

oprso 12-03-2011 12:31 PM

Thanks.
So you think it's the software problem instead of the hardware or the new jumper problem?

Thanks. I will try it tomorrow.

Braineack 12-04-2011 11:17 AM

yes that. not needed on m2 setups.

oprso 12-04-2011 11:42 PM

Still no luck.

I got a conflict with boost control pins from the Mini terminal
And some warning saying the Afr and map value error which I may be able to fix them.

Braineack 12-05-2011 08:31 AM

disable the Boost Controller like I said.

did you not calibrate your MAT, CLT, AFR, and TPS from the top menu?

I did the tps but not the other because I never need to do that on MS1.
I will do it and try .
Thanks.

for MAT use GM or rx7 AFM - Gm AIT or AFM respectivetly.
for CLT use RX7 CLT (s4 &s5)

How can I get those resistance data when I am having problem to start the car. The temperature stay the same and the Afr too.

Braineack 12-05-2011 09:37 AM

??? just use the settings I told you to. It's already known, plus you wouldn't test resistance on the car, or with it running.

No signal on my cop.
Making it no spark.

Is there anything I need to do for cop?
The coil is from Toyota Mcr30
