VERY Rich after firmware change 3.2.4 to GSlender v2.8 Any thoughts?

Ok so today I reflashed the DIYPNP with GSlenders V2.8 Firmware, moving from the Release Firmware 3.2.4.

It ran fine on 3.2.4, drove 300-400 miles last week on it...Now it just about starts, but idles badly and stupidly rich (8-10 AFR), up in the 100 fuelload% cell. Unsurprisingly it stalls after not long.

Any ideas what may cause this? Any settings in the new firmware that I may have cocked up?

I did the firmware change, reloaded my MSQ from the previous firmware (which ran fine) and checked calibrations were still ok.

I'll chuck the MSQ online in a minute, would anyone would be kind enough to take a look? Or I could capture any specific menus if easier?

It's a DIYPNP with Sequential Injection added and 650c FIC injectors. Mk1 1.8, NA.

Just occurred to be I did have problems loading the firmware in the first place. I pulled the ECU to do the changes to A/C Routing. When I first tried to start it in the car again it didn't work at all and stopped connecting the laptop. Pulled it again and did a clean firmware install and it started the car fine.

I've been assuming it's a problem with the MS settings but could I have fried something?

Current MSQ, now in my dropbox folder: http://db.tt/5h4Pwld7

Previous MSQ (Working on 3.2.4): http://db.tt/KCJ51IXN

It's got me concerned, If I don't work it out tonight I think i'll pull ECU again and go back to 3.2.4. Need the car working again by Wednesday for Glastonbury!
