Default VVT, sequential spark and 36-1 trigger wheel

Hi,

I'm doing a build with a 94 block, vvt head with vvt cam angle sensor. I was planning on doing sequential spark and using a 36-1 protege with VR pickup.

Can't quite figure out if I can use this setup or if I need to go to the 4 tooth crank sensor for the 99-04 ignition timing setting. Thanks !

With new code it could be possible, but then why not make the cam 11-1 or similar at the same time.
But I have not looked at the code at all and completely disconnected crank and cam wheel decoding might not be possible (without a total rewrite).

Thx

MS3 will control the VVT and do sequential spark and fuel. You can just use the stock 4 tooth crank trigger wheel and stock VVT cam sensor.
