Default Weird cut offs going through the gears

I am having difficulties tuning this thing out. This is a friend's n/a nb2 running ms3 basic.
There is a major cut-off between the gears right when coming back to full throttle.
I turned off all features such as over-run, launch etc to rule them out. I also tried to play with ve in that area but it didn't seem to make a difference.
Help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I have set decel fuel cut to 100% from 90%. Hope this helps.

So decel fuel cut didn't do the trick. Still cutting.
PW seems ok compared to another car I tuned with the same set up.
Could be a weak fuel pump? Car has 175k miles.

You haven't included a lot of details regarding the car's modifications.

Your TPS doesn't go above 88%. Probably not calibrated and needs to be.

Your AFR/EGO control is set to be active below 105% of TPS. Probably should be 40.
Your AFR/EGO control is set to be active below 105% of Load. Probably should be 60.

Your accel settings looked really strange to me. After calibrating the TPS, try the attached tune I provided and see if it is better. I also adjusted the AFR/EGO control settings above.

Thanks. Will try and report back. less than 100% tps is my buddy trying to check if it will happen with a lower load threshold. Told him not to.
