I got a drum, in stock.. no meth injection on my car though..

 

i may consider injection down the road if I dont get satisfactory results on california gasoline, just not yet.

 

will a basic water injection kit significantly up my hp and allow me to run a higher timing?

 

The improvement in hp is in the tuning, in fact when you first put it in, without any tuning, you lose hp. You need to get the timing more optimized and also take out a little fuel, and then you get an improvement in hp and torque.

 

yes you can and will make alot more power with WI but agressive timming like what the stock ecu runs is needed. It aids in spool up as well.

 

I can get it for FREE (I work in a chemical plant and we have a 100 tons of the stuff here!) but I run straight water <G>. One day I'll probably figure out I should be using Meoh but I haven't even tuned my car for the WI yet...

What the hell am I saying - my car still doesn't run after swapping in bigger injectors. I guess I need to work on that first!
