biodiesel
Run distilled water. You can get it at the grocery store. It will suffice for now.
If you can't find large sums of methanol to mix your own then you can always run windshield washer fluid from walmart as well. As long as it is the -20 mixture it should have a good % of meth in it. Cans of Heet are also methanol. Research using alcohol as well, it's not as good, but I might have read that it works.
Distilled will still show you impressive gains. Atleast from what i've seen.

Any fuel or oil dealer should be able to get you methanol by the 55 gallon drum. as there are probably people who run it on there automobiles and industrys that use it in Ireland somewhere the government regs on procurement are another story i have no idea on that one.

Methanol is used in the production of biodiesel, but the two are not the same. Further, biodiesel is non-miscible in water.
Rocdoc- see if there are any race shops in your area. Kart racing, drag racing, even some forms of motorcycle racing all use meth. I buy mine in 5 gallon jugs from a local hotrod shop which specializes in aircooled Volkswagens for drag and desert use.
