I am curious as to the exact "how to use" water/meth injection.

I know it is a tank with liquid that gets sprayed into the intake after the IAT sensor.
Is added fuel required? Or does the mix effectively lean the air/fuel mixture to create a lil more power due to the larger knock margin?
