ok so i have looked through those sites and come up with a reccomendation to run up to 25% of overall fuel flow running stock injectors that works out to about a 4 or 5 gph nozzle give or take any suggestions. or examples of what others are running?
Kris.
i rounded up a 265cc(per min) to a 4gph nozzle at 251ml/min(1 cc =1ml) its close enough i can always turn down the meth pump output. either way thanks for the correction.

Keep in mind most of these nozzles are rated at 100psi. And by that I mean a 3gph nozzle flows 3 gph at 100psi. throw on a 250psi pump and it's going to flow more. I remember reading some sort of estimate at 250psi on Devils own website but I can't remember... same theory as when you push more pressure thru stock injectors.
I ran a 3gph nozzle on my speed3, which put out around 320whp/345wtq... 4 or 5 sounds like a bit much for the power you're gonna be at. I wouldn't want that big of a percentage of my total fuel being meth anyways. Run out of meth, nozzle clogs.. boom!
Maybe Im not reading your post right but it sounds like you're running stock injectors.. I'm a big miata noob so I could be off here but it sounds like for your setup you'd normally need at least 460cc injectors. Stock are 265 for that car... some ballpark math not figuring it max duty cycles and all that:
460cc x 4 = 1840cc required we'll say
265 x 4 = 1060 .. that comes out to you needing something like 13 gph of methanol flow to have enough fuel, and that's not even right because methanol, like ethanol has less energy per set volume... why don't you just get some bigger injectors and EMS? then spray some water/meth as a safety blanket, that's what I always used it for
