Default How often do you have to refill your water?

Just wondering, how often do you guys have to refill your bottle with a 3gph nozzle? What size of bottle would be best? I'm looking into WI as a cheaper alternative to getting a bigger intercooler but I don't want to fill the bottle every other day.....because I'm lazy.

I had the 1.5Gal tank (I think thats it) and didn't have to refill it the entire time up to when the ring went bye bye. Something like 700miles there. I think it still has like 1/4 tank left.

Is it a bad idea to use the stock windshield washer bottle?

I don't think its a bad idea.....you will need to keep an eye on it though, especially if you use it to wash your windshield. Those windshield nozzles will use it up fast.

I use the Aquamist 0.7mm nozzle which flows at 275cc/min. This works out to about 4.37GPH.*

I use the 3 quart WW bottle and with one tank of fuel, I use MAYBE less than 25% of the methanol/water.

*63cc min is equal to 1 gph.

Everyone seems to have vastly different results. Driving style maybe, though I can't imagine any of us are babying it.

I have a 3GPH nozzle on a progressive DO system. Initially used the stock washer bottle (1.65L) and had to fill it every 30-40 miles.

Recently installed an aux tank (5L) feeding the washer bottle on-demand. Now I can go more than a full tank of fuel without worrying about the water.

BTW, I'm using a Split Second Additional Injector Controller to control the WI to start spraying at 4 PSI.
