Default Tank options, baffling, etc.

Beginning to look into the various tank options for an upcoming meth/water setup. My plan is to run a Devil's Own Basic setup to start, 25% meth with the MS triggering the setup at 8psi, and then upgrade to progressive once someone comes out with a controller that lets me use a cheap HSV and the unused fuel table on the MS. Lets me commute on the highway and around town with the EBC off and save the meth for when I want to eat an M3 or an STI. However, I do track my car, so the windshield washer tank obviously isn't going to cut it. What I'd like to do is run a 3-4 gallon tank in the trunk. I remember seeing a link for a bunch of cheap tanks but I'll be damned if I can find it now. I also know I should probably be looking into some baffling to keep the sloshing down with a tank this big.

I want a big tank so I don't have to mess with filling it up all the time; ideally I'd fill it once per tankful. How many guys are using a tank this big, is it total overkill for my setup (aiming to max out the GT2554R, probably talking 17+psi, love to see 250whp with the meth on), where should I be looking for tanks (found at least one cool ABS setup, the custom fuel tank guys, as well as a couple of marine water tank options), do I need to worry about the methanol eating through normal tanks or is it a non-issue? Anything else I need to worry about, like pressure loss from trying to pump water all the way from the trunk? I'd love to duplicate Joe's setup with the refilling washer fluid tank, but from what I've gathered the second pump is gonna make things pricier than I want to get into right now.

I'm sure you have, but have you looked into the ABS roto molded Fuel cells? I've been considering a 10 gallon fuel cell for meth/water mixture for the trunk of my Speed 6, and I used to have a link to a pretty good cheap line of plastic cells but for the life of me I can't find it.

Also considering a similar but smaller tank for the trunk of the miata. Also have considered just making one out of some 16 gauge sheet metal, really wouldn't be that hard if you've access to a TIG welder (which I don't sadly )

Realestate in my miatas trunk is growing really expensive though with the battery, spare tire, 10" sub box (which I *COULD* live without, but like it too much), amplifier, 1 gallon air ride tank, 12 volt air compressor.. Not much room for too much else sadly. :(

Thats my $0.02. I'd sure like to know what you end up doing though.

Also, does the container absolutely have to contain a baffle?

Edit: just found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/RJS-1...spagenameZWD1V

In that size range i have been thinking more of a compact fuel cell.

Edit: This looks like it would be a good option: http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/pro...uct%5Fid=17430
