My idea for mounting up my WI tank, pump, and relay is to put it on the aluminum? panel in the trunk that covers up the gas fill pipe and rear driver's shock. It seems sturdy enough.

Before I drill the holes, anyone think this is a bad idea?

 

For anyone in the future that wonders about this-

It worked. Great location. The panel was plenty sturdy.
