Default Water Injection WARS!

Check out this thread (one of many it seems).

It looks like DO are in a cat fight with the Coolingmist. Not pretty.

Great catfight and it's so tempting to fire that one up again.

Chance's less than scholarly use and understanding of the English language has made him think Coolmist has conceded something. Coolmist is openly mocking him with...

"Yes chance I will definately omit that I am wrong.

Now can we move on and never bash each other again? As long as you understand the definition of omit, we can agree and get on with business."

There is nothing more unprofessional than manufacturers bashing each other like this. It's also very entertaining to watch. Not giving up Bodog or UFC for it though.

Anyway, what's the truth about the fittings?

Are the DevilsOwn different from the Coolingmist ones?
Are they really safe to use with water/metanol (50-50)?

The aquamist 6mm metric fittings are compatible with the 1/4 tube and fittings from one of the usa WI kit?

The fittings are different. I haven't seen any failures due to high methanol mixtures. Not sure about the Aquamist stuff.

I hope they don't fail as I'm using somewhere around 50%~60% methanol.

I meant I wasn't sure what they were compatable with. I am sure they are high quality.
