Default WI on supercharger - nozzle placement

I'm in the middle of a m62 Coldside build.

Originally I decided myself against WI and to go the A/W intercooler route...

...only to find out, that the already purchased intercooler does NOT fit the way I planned it

it is a f###ing 1/2 inch to wide...

so back to step 1:

I 'm building an Flyinmiata Ubercharger Clone, I attached two pictures of the original, maybe you could give me a hint whre to place a WI nozzle:

Mainifold

Manifold + Supercharger Bracket/Outlet

Crossover Pipe

What would be the best place?
-straight at the Supercharger outlet?
-somewhere on the crossover pipe
-on the tip of the intake manifold?

Some advice would be great!
Thanks!

Don't think it matters an awful lot, to be honest. I would put it in before your air intake temp sensor, but beyond that the placement is up to you. For turbo applications, folks say that anywhere after the IC is fine, and since you have no IC it's a mute point.

1/2" too wide and you can't make that IC work? I find that hard to believe. As for the WI, looking at FM's pic, I'd have it in that bottom pipe somewhere.

I would either have to move the alternator downwards or I'd have to cut the fuel lines. Going the second way (whichI'll try out tomorrow), chances are big that I'd have to make a cutout into the hood (muslecar style) to clear the supercharger

Got any pictures? I'm betting you can get that IC in there one way or another. I bought and IC that was "too big" to fit too. I managed.

um those picks are coldside on a hot side shoot for 4-7 inches infront of the TB. With the cleanest and most direct shoot into the motor.
