Maybe i'm not. Somebody was selling the exact same thing as you but was including a 01+ harness. Sorry for the inconvenience if I am wrong.

 

I think I see the thread you are talking about and it doesn't sound like that one comes with an engine harness. This one fits 01-05 as well.
