Has the 1.8 DP been modified for the 1.6 exhaust manifold? B/c I'm pretty sure they're not interchangeable, unless modified.

 

No modifications done. The only difference is where it bolts up to the exhaust or cat and if you have a 1.6 and want to use it it will require the test pipe I have to bolt up to a 1.6 exhaust sysyem but if you go aftermarket you could just get a 1.8 catback and it would work fine.

 

What downpipe is it? Mild or Stainless steel, seperated gasses or the BEGI-S model?

 

Its mild with no seperated gases pipe, just a transition to the exhaust. Its one of theit older styles but works great.
