custom 1.6 turbo setup for sr20 t25
this setup works so well it blew my car up, so now its your turn! I have been pressured into a 1.8 swap by a couple of members on here, so thats why I am selling.
(blown engine completely unrelated to this kit)

REQUIRES SLIGHT TRIMMING of rear shelf . mothing major, but about half an inch needs to be removed.
it could be hammered if you are a strong, somewhat ghetto man, or filed if you are really patient.
-2 inch, ported to match inside of flange.
-wastegate pipe mates into top of dp. (pics below)
-purge welded
-stainless steel
-3 bolt flange on bottom. mates into a 2.5 inch exhaust at this flange.


-exhaust
i am including this to make your life ridiculously easy.
it bolts to the downpipe, has a 90, and points towards the back of the car for 6 inches. 2.5 inch.

-compressor inlet
aluminum inlet, mates to a silicon 90 (yes im including that also) that puts your air filter directly behind driver headlight.

-compressor outlet
aluminum 90 that leaves compressor and points perfectly for an over the radiator ic setup.

(yes, this did sell to padlock before, but he is uncomfortable trimming the shelf in his baby)

everything has been ported, sandblasted, and looks damn good. This is one of the strongest manifolds ive ever seen, and have no worry of it EVER breaking. (i would drill and tap for m10 if track days are in your future )

To clarify, the turbo does not come with the kit. If it did, it would be in the "included" section...

No a 1.6 manifold will not fit a 1.8...
seems like you could benefit by doing some research. Don't expect to be spoonfed, they will tear you aoart alive if you don't do your own research...

So padlock, the orginial purchaser, who was going to return the kit for a refund because he didn't want to trim his shelf, texted me last night, saying he just realized his shelf was already cut and he was keeping the kit.
