Hey guys. My 1990 Miata has a short nose crank 1.6 with 133K miles. I bought the car with a slight rod knock. I yanked the engine it for a 1.8 build. I've started and drove this car around town for a couple days.

Coils! Yeah, I should have added that to my "not ready to sell until my 1.8 is up and running" list. I might need them. I'm running an ms2, and havn't gotten all the details sorted out yet.

got the t-stat housing and oil pump tube. they are both in good shape.

 

Everything is apart and separated. This was a nice running engine (well, less the rod knock). Fired up right away, ran smooth. Heading to scrap yard soon.
