That looks like an SSAutochrome, though it has a contoured flange. Probably made by the same chinaman. Mine is still hanging in there with ~1,000 miles on it. Maybe it's because my turbo is supported by a square tube arm to the block to remove the excessive load/weight from the runners?

I've seen them fall apart with a braced turbo also though... crappy materials/welds just lead to failure points. Heat cycle it enough and mix in some vibration and crack/splat/boom.
In all honesty those Manifolds are not bad at all.
I know 2 people that have been using them for about 8 months now no problems.
They need a tiny bit of custom work but other then that they are OK.
Also for that price it's amazing what you get, in the Nissan world we use both of the best word and they are holding up nicely on cars that run close to 400rwhp.
Also weather you like it or not, a lot of those replicas you see on ebay. They are exactly that, replicas made out of the same material. And sometimes just as good as the brand name stuff you pay 300 bucks more for. And it really isn't that hard to fix or correct a bad welding bead.
Take a look at the Intercoolers or piping for instance. We have ran several tests on brand name ones and ebay ones and they do the job just as good as the brand name ****.
Face it gentlemen China is out sourcing us very quickly with this stuff and their doing it pretty damn good too, and thats why brand name companies hate on them.
I for one got one of those manis, and am going to be running a 16G Vr4 turbo on it, and I'm pretty damn sure it will hold up nicely.

I think it comes down to quality control. You either get lucky and get a good one, or you don't. Mine came about from somebody who was afraid to use it from its reputation for failing. Price = $60 unused. The flanges were perfectly flat per my machinist's straight edge. But if you get a bad one, you could easily spend more in the end to get it right.
