OK, so "Nearly New" means that they've been mounted and balanced but have never ever been driven on. Tires not included. The bad--one rim got a little bit of brake fluid on it--touch up should take care. The good--all rims have been ceramic coated. In San Diego, but can probably be picked up in South Orange County as well. Twin 949 aluminum stems mounted.
