So I just bought a G25-550 turbo kit from Kraken, and I'm now looking to get rid of my current system. It is still on the car, but starting today, I will be dismantling it and getting it ready for sale.
The parts for sale consist of:

• Genuine Garrett GT 2560R turbo (Needs new wastegate actuator)
• eBay Cast manifold (while from eBay, these units are fairly well regarded on this forum, much better than most tubular manifolds in terms of not breaking)
• Homemade 2.5" downpipe made with mandrel bends and v-band outlet (this will require modifying the rear shelf to fit most likely, I did preemptively but I bet you more than likely have to do it to make it fit)
• Crush bent 2.5" mid-pipe (v-band inlet to stock outlet into the muffler)
• Roadster Sport 3 muffler (good tone and still rather quiet, the turbo intake noise is louder than the exhaust is for reference)
• Flyin Miata Oil and Water lines (excluding the bung that is installed into the oil pan. These lines are in rather rough shape so I'd recommend replacing them)

Things to note:

• The rear shelf will likely have to be modified as previously mentioned.
• this turbo kit has been installed since Early 2021. Likely has 20k-25k miles on it.
• Last time we removed the turbo one of the studs broke and had to be drilled out. Some threads in the manifold are damaged but it is still strong enough to hold the turbo on. Just don't go crazy with the torque on it.
• Turbo has minimal shaft play, like new. No more shaft play than when I first purchased it.
• The manifold is technically a T3 flange with studs in the T2 location. To remedy this I ported the turbo out to match the manifold. You can find more info on this in my build thread.
• The wastegate developed a leak in the diaphragm since the last reinstallation. I correctly angled the wastegate and added slightly more preload and then ~2 weeks later it developed a leak. This has not been 100% confirmed but I am fairly confident in my reasoning. I will confirm this hopefully today. The leak was from a bolt on the wastegate actuator bracket. The bold had fell out and was a throught hole into the compressor housing. After replacement everything worked as intended.
• This kit was run on a '99 Miata. I'm sure it could be made to fit other years and models, but I cannot promise this wont require modification.

So yeah. Not a perfect condition turbo kit but generally in good mechanical condition. I've tried to be as upfront and honest about its condition too, I'm not hiding anything that will bite you later. Once you add in new oil/water lines, an intercooler, and piping you would have a rock-solid turbo kit for the stock motor for a good bit under $2000. I'm located near Bristol Motor Speedway in North East Tennessee. For now, I am going to stick to local-only sales and I'd like to keep the whole kit together. Asking $1250 USD OBO. Pictures to come

Edit: the wastegate actuator ended up being fine. The noise coming from that area was from a missing bolt in the compressor housing. Disregard that bit. I guess it just fell out the other day and I didn’t notice it until I went to remove the wastegate.

Update: the wastegate actuator is fine. The noise that seemed to be coming from that location turned out to be coming from a missing bolt on the compressor housing shown below. After replacing it, everything works as intended.
