I've got a '94 head up for sale with everything you need plus a valve cover. I disassembled it and all looked good, with the exception of pitting on the intake side of the combustion chamber that should go away with moderate milling of the mating surface. I cleaned it up and removed carbon from the valves before I decided not to use it. I'd have lapped the valves and run it if I didn't feel like milling it down and possibly raising compression for my turbo build.
