99 head or block as well? I spot the 94/95 oil and coolant ports on the side of the block (better anyways).

Good eye, yes an early NA8 block was used in order to take advantage of the pre-machined oil ports. 1999 head/IM.

Depending on the health of my motor, I may be interested in the bottom end if willing to part. Otherwise, looks like a solid build
