Default 1999 10th Anniversary Factory Soft top.

Up for sale is 1999 10th Anniversary Factory Soft Top with rear glass window with 52,000 miles use. Unfortunately there is a four inch long tear on the upper right hand corner. I just thought maybe someone would want it for a patch job, or as a rear window replacement. Shipping will be 30-40 dollars. Just make an offer...

Mine developed the exact same tare a couple months back. Must be a frame problem. :(

Either that or I theorize that it could be uv damaged to the underlying canvas due to people not using the boot when they put the top down. Every Miata developes this tear though it seems.

It's a common place to tear on 99 (and maybe 00?) miatas, and has to do with the alignment of the top and frame, or something like that. m.net has some useful info on the subject.

for uv damage and stuff, use 303 aerospace protectant, its amazing stuff, it beads water and top looks sharp =D
