Alright, time to make this deal irresistible:
For $4900, I will also include a brand new in box V8 Roadsters LSX mount kit (includes the front tubular subframe with mount plates, the transmission cross member, frame rails, and all hardware).
So, basically $3400 for the car and $1500 for the V8 swap kit.
If someone was looking to do a budget friendly V8 build, they could add a 5.3L GM V8 ($750), a stock 3.9 Torsen ($750), a T56 or T5 with bell housing adapter ($1000), and suspension/wheels ($1000-2000) and have a very capable track car for < $10k.
This is making so much sense I might just keep the car and do it myself.

Wow, you are making this irresistible. I forwarded this to a buddy in the market for something different. I just have no where to put this and build it up.
This gets you a V8R Spec car for less than $10k. Anyone want to buy my NB for $7K?
